GOSS SupportIntroductionIf you are experiencing an issue within iCM and would like to show the GOSS support team a problem that you are having, you can record your screen using the OUR Recorder and publish the clip to this area, which has been secured against public access - in other words, you can help us to help you! Only the support team have access to the recordings in this secure area.
You can download the OUR Recorder using the links on this page. Once you have downloaded and installed it, you will need to configure it to publish to this page. We strongly recommend that you watch the following two clips, which demonstrate how to do this: Publishing to the GOSS Support Page You will need to to enter the following details into the OUR Recorder, as described in the demonstration clip: The Site Name gosssupport The Username gosssupport The Password helpme You should also remember to include your own contact details in the Recording Details section, and you must also enter the Author Email as support@gossinteractive.com, so that our team are notified of your issue by email. We cannot be held responsible if you attempt to publish a clip without following the steps described above, as it may not reach us as intended.
